Waiver

I will be participating in The Kentucky Festival of Healing (the “Program”), and attest that I have read, fully understand, and agree with the following representations and conditions:

I release the Organization and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for, and waive any and all claims for, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my participation in the Program, including injury, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of the Organization or any of the above-listed organizations or individuals.

I am aware of the risks of participating in the Program, and assume all risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with my participation in the Program. I agree to indemnify and to hold harmless the Organization and any of the above-listed organizations or individuals with regard to any claim or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and other costs of defending any claim by a third party or that I might make, or that might be made on my behalf) in any way connected with a claim.

I have read and fully understand, agree to, and accept voluntarily all provisions of this Release of Liability and Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification.

I, hereby grant to The Kentucky Festival of Healing the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to publish, distribute, exhibit or otherwise use the photographs that has been taken or may have taken of me or my products.

I hereby release the photographer from all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the photographs.

I understand that the images may be modified in any manner, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product that uses my photographs.

I acknowledge that the images may be used, without limitations, in print publications, online publications, websites and on social media.

I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs taken of me.
